🌟 An Update from Hand to Hold 🌟 We’re excited to share that a new Hand to Hold app is coming soon — one designed to better support and strengthen our NICU families community. This new app will eventually replace the current one and will offer improved ways to connect, share, and find support throughout every stage of the NICU journey — from the hospital to home and beyond. For now, nothing changes today. We’ll continue showing up here, and we’ll share more details and guidance as we get closer to the transition.
