BIPOC Mental Health Month is nationally recognized in July of each year, in order to bring awareness to the unique struggles that underrepresented groups face in regard to mental illness in the U.S. However, it’s important that we keep these needs at the forefront of our minds when serving NICU parents and NICU-graduate parents year-round. In order to enhance this support for families, Hand to Hold offers support groups and counseling for BIPOC NICU families. We'd love to be able to support you and your family when you're ready: 💚 Black NICU Parents Support Group 💚 Cafecito con Familias NICU 💚 Hand to Hold Counseling (TX and FL)
