Peer mentors are veteran NICU parents who have gone through training and background checks. Your mentor is carefully chosen by our Peer Mentor Coordinator, @Jenny at Hand to Hold, based on what you feel is most important about your NICU journey (gestational age, diagnosis, etc.). Connections are typically made within 2 business days, and you can communicate with your mentor in whatever way is easiest for you – text, email, call, video chat.
